The location is fantastic, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and the rooms are clean and nice. I enjoyed our "Suite with Terrace"—it really added to our experience with a cozy space to unwind at night where we could even catch a glimpse of Cancun's lights in the distance.
Check-in was a bit challenging due to language barriers.

The location is prime for family adventures, just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean, and the air conditioning worked great during our stay with two kids. Plus, they accommodated our request for extra towels without hesitation.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the breakfast options had more variety.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Terrace or Balcony for 6 nights, and it was pretty comfy. The bed was nice and cozy, which I loved! Also, the balcony was a great spot to relax. The only downside was the noise from the neighbor's music that kept me up one night. Overall, the place felt clean and inviting, and the staff was super helpful when I had questions.

This place was just an ideal choice for a brief hiatus in Isla Mujeres with great value. I appreciated how quickly they provided extra pillows, hangers, and beach towels when I asked. Climbing those stairs to the top floor was a workout, so be ready for that!
